OWI 5 with passenger under 16

On Sunday, May 9th, 2021 at approximately 9:10 AM the Sauk County Communications Center received a call of an intoxicated driver in the carwash line at the Riteway Plaza in the town of Spring Green. The caller also advised there was a young child in the vehicle whom was not in a child safety seat. 

Upon the arrival of deputies they made contact with the operator of the vehicle whom was identified as Devin Davis, age 33 of Spring Green. While in contact with Davis deputies detected signs of impairment. Following field sobriety testing Davis was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 5th offense (with a passenger under the age of 16) Davis was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
