OWI 6 Arrest
On June 13, 2018 at approximately 10:45pm the Sauk County Communications Center was notified of a single vehicle roll-over crash on Fern Dell Road and Mirror Lake Road in the Town of Delton.
Sauk County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived and found that the driver had fled the scene. The investigation led Deputies to believe the driver was Timothy L. Corning, age 39, of Reedsburg. Corning was located at a residence on North Reedsburg Road.
Corning failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 6th Offense. He was also charged with Non-Registration of a Vehicle, Displaying False Vehicle Registration Plate, Driving Too Fast For Conditions, and is being held on a Probation and Parole hold. Corning was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail.
