We are releasing the above information pursuant to 301.46(2m)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public when the release of such information is necessary to protect the public.

His criminal history places him in a classification level that reflects the potential to re-offend, and he is subject to GPS monitoring, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
