On June 26, 2019 at approximately 6:32 pm Sauk County Huber Inmate Jasmine-Rose Rebecca Decorah whom was serving a one year work release sentence for Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin walked away from the Sauk County Huber Center. Jasmine-Rose's last known address was in Black Earth. She also has ties to the Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells areas. If you see Jasmine-Rose or know her whereabouts, please notify the Sauk County Sheriff's Department or your local law enforcement agency.

There is no danger to the public associated with Jasmine-Rose.
