Kowald was located and arrested on Aug 1, 2019.  

On July 15, 2019, Sauk County Huber Inmate Bailey Ann Kowald was released from the Huber Center to attend a meeting with her probation agent.   Kowald was serving a 30 day sanction as a condition of her probation.

Kowald was scheduled to return to the Sauk County Huber Center at 12 noon, and as of 1430, has not returned.  Kowald was last seen wearing black leggings and red tennis shoes. 

Kowald's last known address was in Baraboo. If you see Kowald or know her whereabouts, please notify the Sauk County Sheriff's Department or your local law enforcement agency.

There is no danger to the public associated with Kowald.
