Search Warrant - May 23rd, 2017

On Tuesday, May 23, 2017 the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at S3175A Evergreen Road, Baraboo, WI., as a result of a lengthy investigation into the sales and use of illegal narcotics, specifically Marijuana, Cocaine and Prescription Medications at the residence.

 

As a result, Terrell D. Taylor, 29 years of age was arrested and charged with Possession of THC with intent to distribute <200 grams as a repeater, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as a repeater, Possession of a Firearm as a convicted felon as a repeater and possession of cocaine 2nd offense as a repeater. He was taken to the Sauk County Jail and booked.

 

Taylor appeared in front of Sauk County Circuit Court Judge Michael Screnock On May 24th, who ordered a $250.00 cash bond. That bond was posted that same day and he was released from custody.

 

Charges are also being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution against Fawn M. Waddell, 26 years of age for Possession of THC with Intent to Distribute, Unlawful Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotics, Maintaining a Drug Dwelling and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
