Tractor Crash

On July 30, 2019 at approximately 4:30pm the Sauk County Communications Center was notified of a tractor roll-over crash on Paulus Road just west of STH 23 in the Town of Spring Green.  Sheriff’s Deputies, Plain Fire Department, and Plain Ambulance were sent to the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed that a tractor, operated by Chad McGlynn, age 48, was travelling up a hill when it stalled.  The tractor rolled backward and went over an embankment causing it to overturn.  McGlynn became entrapped underneath the tractor.

McGlynn was transported to UW Hospital by UW Medflight helicopter for treatment of injuries.
