Medicare Open Enrollment season runs from October 15 to December 7. This is the time to review your prescription drug coverage. Due to COVID-19, the ADRC will not be holding in-person clinics. Our Benefit Specialists are still here to help!
Simply fill out the form below and return it to the ADRC office. Then, one of our Benefit Specialists will contact you to discuss your prescription drug coverage plan. Please contact the ADRC with any questions (608)355-3289.
