Donations

The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County is a non-profit service organization dedicated to helping so "All older adults and adults with disabilities will live as independently and meaningfully as they desire".

While a portion of the Aging & Disability Resource Center’s budget is supported through Federal, State and County programs, donations are also an essential part of the Aging & Disability Resource Center’s service budget.

Your donation is greatly appreciated.

Donate via Credit/Debit Cards

If you would like to donate using a credit or debit card, please use this link that will direct you to PayGov. Click HERE. You will be prompted to enter the following information: Name, Purpose of Payment (i.e. donation for Meals on Wheels), your phone number, payment amount, first and last name, billing address, card number and expiration. When finished, please hit "customer accepts" on the bottom of the page and then select Make a Payment. Please note there is a $1 service fee for any payment under $33 or 3% above that. Payments that will NOT be accepted via PayGov include taxi vouchers.
