“This meeting is open to the public. Curry called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Dorner/Bushweiler) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the meeting minutes from August 3rd, 2020. Motion carried unanimously.

Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
Blodgett presented to the board the ADRC 2021 final budget draft after Admin review. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the final draft of ADRC 2021 budget. Motion carried unanimously
b) Blodgett presented to the committee the ADRC monthly report. July was spent on Budget and many trainings with the State Office. All of our home delivered meals are coming from the Health Care Center. The ADRC is working on submitting the application for the 85.21 transportation grant. Starting September 1st, 2020 ADRC has an intern from MATC. She will be helping in our Aging programs until May, 2021. Discussion followed. No action taken.
c-d) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements and list of invoices for her department. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Bushweiler) to approve the August 2020 bills in the amount of $ 22,724.78. Motion carried unanimously.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle County Board Update: Blodgett shared the new reorganization policy recently received from the Region. She explained that the Regional governing board has 12 members; 3 from each county. She then expressed concern that any restructuring Sauk County would propose would not pass the governing board due to their displeasure with the wages paid to Sauk County staff. The wages had been shared with the governing board and managers in the summer of 2017. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Riek) to direct Susan Blodgett, Director of ADRC of Sauk County, to explore and report back to the committee the benefits of staying with the Region and the benefits of withdrawal and becoming a free standing ADRC effective January, 2022.Vote all in favor.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:

Consider approval of the Monthly Invoices – Discussion followed.
MOTION (Polivka/Bushweiler) to approve the monthly invoices for July 2020 in the amount of $ 340.00. Motion carried unanimously

MOTION (Bushweiler/Dorner) to approve the final draft of 2021 VSO Budget. Vote all in favor.
