Members Present: Kriegl, Spencer, Hovde, and Braunschweig
Members Absent: Moore
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Alene Kleczek Bolin, County Administrator; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans; and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC

1. Chair Kriegl called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
2. MOTION (Braunschweig/Hovde) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.

MOTION (Spencer/Hovde) to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluating data of any public employee over which the body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance Evaluation of ADCRC Director. Roll Call: AYES (4) Hovde, Kriegl, Spencer and Braunschweig. NAYS (0). ABSENT: (1) Moore. Motion carried unanimously.
4. MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to reconvene in open session immediately following closed session. Motion carried unanimously.
9. d. *Relocation ADRC Office Space: It was noted that the State and GWAAR are pressing to get the entire ADRC department into one place. Bolin presented an option to be considered but it would require approvals by the State. Blodgett will meet with Building & Maintenance to review the proposed space and determine what adjustments may be needed. She will also speak to Becky Dahl to see if the available grant funding carries any requirements/restrictions.
5. MOTION (Spencer/Hovde) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on April 6, 2017. Motion carried unanimously.

9. Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett reviewed the April 2017 service trends and updates.
b-c) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and a list of invoices for her department.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Spencer) to approve the 2017 bills in the amount of $77,506.61. Motion carried unanimously.
e) Kriegl asked to have the affordable housing strategic issue discussed as there was a difference in definition of affordable housing between the nursing home’s report and the ADRC report. Discussion was held regarding the various kinds of senior housing options encompassing assisted living care and in-home care, and how the ADRC determines the potential need for assistance.
MOTION (Spencer/Hovde) to include in-home care as a potential part of the affordable assisted living strategic initiative. Motion carried unanimously.

11. Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
a) Tyczynski presented the monthly report for his department.
No MOTION was done.
b) Discussion and consideration to authorize County Veterans Service Office to enter into multi-year data sharing agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA).
MOTION (Spencer/Hovde) to approve the multi-year data sharing agreement with the WDVA. Motion carried unanimously.
c) Tyczynski presented budget report & financial, including monthly bills for his department.
MOTION (Hovde/Spencer) to approve bills for $827.95. Motion carried unanimously.
12. Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update:
Hovde reported that the biggest portion of this was already covered under the relocation of the ADRC office space. The State wants Aging and ADRC’s integrated and currently our Aging is downstairs, the ADRC is upstairs as well as in Reedsburg.
13. Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee: None. Next meeting scheduled for May 23, 2017.
14. Transportation Coordination Committee: None. Next meeting scheduled for May 23, 2017
