Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.

Members Present: Spencer, Braunschweig, McAuliffe, Whitsell
Members Absent:
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans
Others Present:
Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
MOTION (McAuliffe/Whitsell) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on October 11, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.
Public Comment: None
Communications: None
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC):
a) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and the list of monthly invoices for her department.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to approve the October 2018 bills in the amount of $25,780.85. Motion carried unanimously.
b) Blodgett presented a request to close the Spring Green Dining Site 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) pending approval and date determined by GWAAR (Greater Wisconsin Agency of Aging Resources, Inc.). Discussion followed.
Motion (Whitsell/McAuliffe) to close the site Monday-Wednesday by December 31, 2018, if not earlier. Motion carried unanimously.
c) Blodgett reported the need to replace two members on the ADRC Advisory Committee and the Transportation Coordination Committee. Discussion followed.
Motion (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to appointment Chuck Spencer and Chuck Whitsell to the ADRC Advisory Committee and Ross Curry and Chuck Spencer to the Transportation Coordination Committee. Motion carried unanimously.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office (VSO):
a.1.) Tyczynski discussed outreach by VSO regarding senior expo and Veterans Day activities. No action taken.
a.2.) Tyczynski discussed issues with Federal VA regarding communication between VA and contractors. No action taken.
a.3.) Tyczynski discussed year-to-date activity in regards to 2018 goals. No action taken.
b) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statement. No action taken.
c) Tyczynski presented the list of monthly invoices.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to approve the October 2018 bills in the amount of $905.96. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to adjourn until November 20, 2018 at 4:15 p.m. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
