Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee
Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 4:15 p.m.

Members Present: Spencer, Braunschweig (arrived at 4:29), Curry, McAuliffe, Whitsell
Members Absent:
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Quinn Hause, ADRC and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC
Others Present: Pat Rego, County Board Supervisor
Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Whitsell/McAuliffe) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
Minutes from November Special Meeting unavailable; to be submitted at December meeting.
Public Comment: None
Communications:
Blodgett reported on an email received from David Riek regarding the Spring Green dining site closure. Discussion followed. No action taken.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett presented the monthly report on meetings and activities within the ADRC. Discussion followed. No action taken.
a.i.) Blodgett reported this item was put on the agenda at the request of this Committee last month. Discussion followed regarding the cost of the salad bar being split 2/3 from the ADRC and 1/3 from the Village of Lake Delton, thereby making ownership split as well. To eliminate this, the Committee instructed the ADRC to refund the Village Lake Delton the 1/3 cost paid. A credit memo will be sent along with the September billing. Further discussion followed regarding the August billing that remains unpaid paid by the Village.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Monthly Report:
Whitsell distributed the results of a survey conducted by the State regarding customer satisfaction on services received from the ADRC of Eagle Country. Discussion followed. No action taken.
Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee Quarterly Report:
Blodgett reported a public hearing was held on November 15, 2018 on the proposed 2019-2021 Aging Unit Plan.
Transportation Coordination Committee Quarterly Report:
Blodgett reported a meeting was held on November 15, 2018 and that she will ask David Sonntag to attend the oversight committee meeting in December to report on the activities.
