PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on April 28, 2016 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a variance and special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.098(1) and s. 7.036(5)(i) to authorize the repair and operation of a proposed lodging house. This property is located in the Agricultural zoning district, on real estate described as: lot 1 CSM 6241, part of the SW ¼,

NE ¼, section 19, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0687-2, owned by Bill Hetzel.
