Tree Sale Program

The Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department holds an annual tree sale program offering a wide variety of conifer, hardwood and wildlife shrub species for spring planting.

The 2025 Tree Sale is OPEN!

We are again offering the tree sale online. Order deadline is February 28, 2025 and distribution day is May 2, 2025. SHOP HERE: https://sauk-county-tree-sale.myshopify.com/

New species: We are offering a handful of new species to see what interest there may be from customers.

• Hackberry (Celtis occidentalis)
• Pin Oak (Quercus palustris)
• Fraser Fir (Abies fraseri)
• Canadian Hemlock (Tsuga Canadensis)
• Beauty Pack

Red Pine Shortage: We were unable to secure as many Red Pine as we have ordered in the past. If you want Red Pine, you should order as soon as possible.

Notifications: If you placed an order in the past, you have been added to our customer list and will be notified when the order deadline is approaching. Limited availability: As a reminder, when a species sells out, it will not be available again until the following year. If you know what you want to order, we recommend ordering early!
