SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:
 

1.         Call to order and certify compliance with open meetings law.

2.         Adopt agenda.

3.         Adopt minutes of previous meeting – February 8, 2018.

4.         Public comment.

5.         Communications.

6.        * Review and approval for committee members to attend the Zoning Board Workshop on March 7th.

7.         Review and possible action on Register of Deeds Annual Report

8.         Public hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)

            a.          Petition 03-2018. A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(3)(i) for wood fabrication business. Said conditional use is located in the Town of Woodland, Sauk County. Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the E ½, of the SW ¼, Section 36, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, and as further described in Petition 03-2018. Tax parcel identification number 044-0730-00000, and owned by John Schmucker. 

9.         Conservation, Planning and Zoning Department updates

10.         Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Rural Development (PRD) of a lot for Kevin & Connie Alt, located in Section 12, T9N, R3E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County, pursuant to Subchapter IX, of the Sauk County Zoning Code of Ordinance.

11.       Discussion and possible action on the reorganization of the Conservation, Planning and Zoning Department.

12.       Possible closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Performance evaluation of the Conservation, Planning and Zoning Director.  

13.       Reconvene in open session immediately following closed session.

14.       Next meeting dates – Thursday, March 8th and Tuesday, March 27th, 2018.

15.       Adjournment.
