PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 29, 2018 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.036(5)(h) to authorize the location and operation of a proposed lodging house. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy zoning district, on real estate described as: E13179 Neuman Rd., part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 9, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, tax parcel 018-0276-00000, owned by Gretchen & Bradley Pointon.
