NOTICE

 

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on January 28, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

 

I.    A.    Petition 03-2020. A petition to consider a rezone from Single Family Residential zoning district to an Agriculture zoning district.  Said rezone is located in the Town of Greenfield, Sauk County. 

 

            Lands affected by the proposed rezone are located in the NW ¼, NE ¼, Section 15, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, and as further described in Petition 03-2020. Tax parcel identification number 018-0440-00000.

 

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

 

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed rezone is for the ability to have multiple protected structures to grow vegetables.
