PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 30, 2017 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Requesting a change of administrative decision pursuant to s. 7.151(7) regarding the denial of a conditional use permit by the Sauk County Conservation, Planning and Zoning Committee for a proposed mobile tower site. This property is located in the Agricultural zoning district, on real estate described as: S981 Ekes Dr., lot 2 C.S.M. 900, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 17, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield, tax parcel 042-0357-00000, owned by Jason Carr.
