TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 26, 2017 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.038(1)(i) to authorize the location and operation of a proposed mineral extraction site. This property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the SE ¼, section 23, T13N, R4E,  Town of Winfield, tax parcels 042-0500, 0504 and 0505 owned by Ryan & Cletus Bass.
