Vice Chair, Tim McCumber, called the meeting to order and certified compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
Motion by Valerie McAuliffe, seconded by Brandon Lohr, to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Valerie McAuliffe, seconded by James Bowers, to approve the minutes for the previous Human Services Board Meeting held on February 10, 2020. Motion carried.

Communication:
Board Materials: Distributed electronically. Dan discussed a conference he attended.
Business Items:
Review and Approve Monthly Vouchers: Distributed electronically. Stephanie Box reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report. Motion by James Bowers, seconded by Brandon Lohr, to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,893,838.68. Motion carried.
Accounts Receivable Report: Stephanie Box distributed and reviewed the Accounts Receivable Report for January 2020.
Approval for Collection Requests: Motion by Brandon Lohr, seconded by Glen Johnson, to approve sending 34 accounts to Credit Management Control for $24,721.77. Motion carried.
Monthly Reports: Distributed electronically. Stephanie Box discussed the January 2020 Volatile Line report.

Preliminary Year-End: Stephanie Box discussed preliminary year-end with an approximate projected favorable amount of $1,236,470.42.
Approve Carryforward Request: Stephanie Box discussed the use of carryforward requests and where the money would be distributed. Motion by Timothy McCumber, seconded by Valerie McAuliffe, to approve Carryforward Request in the amount of $150,254. Motion carried.
Approve Non-State Provider Contracts: Stephanie discussed. Motion by Valerie McAuliffe, seconded by Timothy McCumber, to approve Non-State Provider Contracts. Motion carried.
Re-appoint James Bowers to the Human Services Board (citizen member): Jim stated he would like to continue to serve. Motion by Glen Johnson, seconded by Valerie McAuliffe, to approve Re-appointing James Bowers to the Human Services Board (citizen member). Motion carried.
Approve Resolution Commending Mary Sorenson for Over 31 Years of Service to the People of Sauk County: Dan Brattset commended the long-term dedication Mary had given to the citizens of Sauk County. Motion by Brandon Lohr, seconded by Timothy McCumber, to approve Resolution Commending Mary Sorenson for Over 31 Years of Service to the People of Sauk County. Motion carried.
Department Updates:
Presentation on Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) – Jill Ellinwood: Dan Brattset acknowledged the highly needed and growing CCS program. Fiscally, this program is 100% reimbursable. Human Services is able to deliver quality, credible care for children and adults. This program has grown so large, a new unit was formed this year. Jill Ellinwood introduced herself and her role which encompasses two programs. Integrated Services Program (ISP) which is Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), the largest part, providing comprehensive wraparound services. Families Come First is the second part that works with kids and families and services individuals who are struggling with serious emotional, behavioral, mental health or substance use.
2019 Annual Report: Dan Brattset discussed the report handout. The annual report will be addressed again next month with more information.
Exception to Central Wisconsin Community Action Council (CWCAC) Housing Funding: Dan Brattset discussed the $25,000 overrun on the housing programs that has been effective keeping children out of placement and keeping them in a safe housing situation.
Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Sauk County Human Services Board will be April 13, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. in Room 213.

Motion by Brandon Lohr, seconded by Timothy McCumber, to adjourn at 5:14 p.m. Motion carried.
