TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 27, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permits pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)4 and 7.05(2)(l)20 to authorize the location and operation of an auction barn and agricultural related auction service. This property is located in the Commercial and Agricultural zoning districts, on real estate described as: S2394 State Road 58, part of the W ½,  SW ¼, section 34, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0929, owned by Clarence Borntrager.
