TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 30, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(a) and 7.03(2)(n)1 to authorize the location and operation of a proposed bed and breakfast establishment. This property is in the process of being rezoned to the Agricultural district, on real estate described as: E4681 County Road S, part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 36, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcel 022-0788, owned by Dorothy and Donald Harms.
