PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.038(1) to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a mineral extraction site. This property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: part of the N ½, NE, NW, and N ½, NW, SE, section 1, and N ½, NW, SW section 6, T10N, R3E, Town of Franklin, tax parcels 014-0485, 0487, & 0660, owned by Gilbert & Jean Burmester.
