PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 26, 2015 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s.7.038(1)(i) to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a limestone quarry The property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the N1/2, SW ¼, and the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 19, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg and the E ½, SE ¼, section 24, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton, tax parcels 030-0707, 0708 & 0709 and 022-0570 & 0574, owned by Ray Zobel & Sons, Inc.
