TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on April 25, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.08(2)(b)4 and 6 to authorize the location and operation of an arcade and amusement park and a variance pursuant to s. 7.18(1)(b) to allow inflatable structures to be located within the minimum highway setback. This property is located in the Recreational-Commercial District, on real estate described as: E4247 State Road 33, lot 1 C.S.M. 5409, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 26, T13N, R3E,  Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0721-2, owned by Donovan Labansky.
