PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 28, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)16 to authorize the location and operation of a contractors’ storage yard. This property is located in the Commercial zoning district, on real estate described as: S1454 State Road 33/58, lots 1 & 2 CSM 4471 and part of SE ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcels 024-0601, 0601-01 & 0608 owned by Connie Hartje etal.
