TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 27, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(l)19 to authorize the location and operation of multiple quarries. These properties are zoned Agricultural and located in sections 2 and 35, T8N, R3E and T9N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcels 032-0068, 0071, 0072, 0073, 0083, 0084, 1308, 1311, and 1312, owned by Dale Clark.
