TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 27, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(2) to authorize the construction of a concrete foundation under an existing home within the minimum shoreland setback. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: S1129 East Redstone Dr., lot 16 Eagle addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NE ¼,  SW ¼,  section 13, T13N, R3E,  Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1571, owned by the Stevens Family Trust.
