TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 27, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(l)19 to authorize the location and continued operation of a quarry. This property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as: part of the E ½,  NW ¼, section 26, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcels 002-0779 and 0784 owned by Dave Leatherberry.
