TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 28, 2016 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading  within 300 feet of a navigable water. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: E2431 Black Forest Dr., lot 247, Alpine addition to Dutch Hollow Lake, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 13, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0897, owned by Terry Jacobosky.
