TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 30, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(a) and 7.03(2)(n)1 to authorize the location and operation of a bed and breakfast establishment. This property is located in the Agricultural district, on real estate described as: E9510 Oak Hill Rd., part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 1, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcel 006-0002, owned by Thomas Wysocki and Marta Holodniak.
