PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on April 24, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.036(5)(h) to authorize the location and operation of a lodging house. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy zoning district, on real estate described as: S6019 U.S. Highway 12, lot 1 CSM 1216, part of the S ½,  SW ¼, section 15, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0449, owned by Tomasz Zsurzs.
