PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 30, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.13(1)(h)4 to authorize the location and operation of a church. This properties are located in the Commercial and Multiple-Family zoning districts, on real estate described as: S7559 Highway 12, lots 33 and 27 Bluffview Village, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 3, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter, tax parcels 034-0780 & 0774, owned by Bluffview Center of Hope, Inc.
