TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on August 22, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit and variance pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)10 to authorize the location and operation of a proposed kennel within 1000 feet of neighbors’ residences. This property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: S3791 County Road A, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 23, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0710 owned by Bob Biege.
