TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on September 26, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading  within 300 feet of a navigable water during the construction and landscaping of a new residence. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: LCE 64 Lakeview Estates part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1333-3, owned by Dale & Carlyn Hensen.
