PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on October 24, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)10 & 11 to authorize the location and operation of a used car and implement sales business. This property is located in the Commercial zoning district, on real estate described as: E4252 County Road V, lot 2 CSM 4864, part of NE ¼, NW ¼, section 26, T13N, R3E,  Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0721-1, owned by Jeffrey Benish.
