TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on April 25, 2013 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(l)13 and s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize the construction of a pond, (as built), within 110 feet of a road or property line and filling and grading within 300 feet of a creek. This property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 15, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0305, owned by John P. Luszczak.
