TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on August, 23, 2012 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Redstone during the construction of a new residence. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection zoning district and described as: S1380 Sauk Ct., lot 51, Canary addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1279, owned by Sammy Nixon.
