TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on October 25, 2012 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a)1 to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% and a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(2)(d)3 to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes of more than 20%. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: E13471 Grace St., lot 11 Indian Heights, part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 10, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1064, owned by Terry Ramaker.
